Richard L. Koenig (owner / partner) Richard "Rick" Koenig has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry. In 1978 a General Contractors license was issued in his name. He has successfully completed hundreds of projects both commercial and residential to date. Dealing with thousands of sub-contractors and artisans of various trades has given him the education and experience necessary to properly and efficiently provide a "top shelf" professional service orientated organization. Mr. Koenig has a comprehensive Toxic Mold & Air Quality education certified in the classroom and in the field. He is also certified as a canine detection dog handler at The Florida Canine Academy.

John Macchia (owner / partner) (CMI Board Certified Microbial Investigator & Certified K-9 Detection / Mold Dog Handler) John Macchia has over 25 years of experience within the construction industry. Has worked as a consultant for escrow decisions including but not limited to, management, water leak and full inspections, troubleshooting, and repair. He has his college credential in Bio Chemical studies, is certified in the field of air quality sampling and as a canine detection dog handler at The Florida Canine Academy. Mr. Macchia's canine related experience includes 6 years of working with dogs and training for feature films and service dogs for the disabled.

"Johnny" has over 25 years in the film industry as a driving coordinator, precision driver, stuntman and actor. His credits include over 300 films, pilots, promos and commercials. Among his specialties is communications between director, air film ship and on camera ground shots. One of Johnny's credits was for Dick Clark Productions, the campaign for the introduction of the BMW Z3 Roadster. He was the driver, actor and coordinator on the 9 week production shot across the U.S. to introduce the vehicle to America. He was instrumental in making sure shot selections, shooting angles and lenses, car to camera communications and safety for crew and public were always priorities. With the success of the production shoot, footage was used in the BMW commercials and dealer promos as well as shots used for the James Bond film doubling for Pierce Brosnan and commercials for Apple Computers.

Bill Whitstein
Certified Master Trainer (CMT)
Bill received Master Trainer certification from Maine State Police Canine Academy and Florida International University. He is qualified to testify in court as an expert witness as a Master Trainer. Bill has been a leader in the field of canine training since 1989 when he was the first person to attend the Maine State Police Canine Academy in Accelerant Detection. Bill is the author of the only published book on accelerant detection canines and was the founding president of the Canine Accelerant Detection Association as well as the International Termite Detector Dog Association, which are both international organizations. Brandy's trainer Bill has been featured on over nine shows, including several segments on Animal Planet and The Discovery Channel.
